Another week, another record perfect for Summer courtesy of Stockholm’s Jarami. Be sure to check his soundcloud for more dope tracks. Happy Friday, World, and have a great weekend!
The first few seconds of this track always put a smile on my face. Lifted off their debut project, Toploader’s classic from February 2000 serves as our #TBT record of the week.
Lana and Abel’s latest collabo gets the visual treatment. Check the video up top, and be sure to get your copy of Lana’s “Lust For Life” project when it drops later this year.
More Summer vibes, despite the shitty weather. Laid back vibes courtesy of Aaron Carter. Happy Friday, World, and have a great weekend!
Still revisiting albums from my college days, this week’s #TBT record comes from Cali Punk Rockers, Rancid. “Time Bomb” served as the second single off their classic “…And Out Come The Wolves” project and was released back in November 1995.
North London rapper IKYZ is back with another new banger. The bass-heavy “Kilo” is produced by BZGD and serves as a tribute to his humble beginnings.
“Kilo” takes me back to the hackney streets I grew up in. It’s the ultimate underdog anthem. Against all odds I’ve made something of myself with the aim to go back and show everyone what I’ve become, hence shooting the video on my old block. I do this for them.
Peep the visuals up top, and keep it locked as we bring you more from this rising star.
More Summer vibes, courtesy of IBK SPACESHIPBOI. Be sure to hit up his soundcloud for more dope music. Happy Friday, World, and have a great weekend!
The long-awaited “BANK ROLL” finally sees the light of day. With all three artists delivering solid verses (yes, including the Biebs), give the record a spin up top.
This week I’ve been listening to albums from my college years. Most of the catalogue consisted of artists on Decaydance (or DCD2 Records, as it’s now known as), so Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, Gym Class Heroes, The Academy Is…, Cobra Starship and The Hush Sound, amongst others. A lot of these artists still get a lot of spins to this day, but none more so than GCH. Off their incredible sophomore project, “The Papercut Chronicles“, here’s the second single from 2005. Check it out up top, and be sure to check the album out.
